YBD3系列隔爆型変極多速三相異步電動機(jī)是在YB2系列上派生的全封閉自扇冷鼠籠式隔爆型三相異步電動機(jī)，該系列電動機(jī)采用改變繞組的接法來變換電機(jī)的極數(shù)和輸出功率，使之與機(jī)械設(shè)備的負(fù)載特性相匹配，簡化其變速系統(tǒng)，并可節(jié)省大量電能。電動機(jī)變速類型有:二速、三速、四速三種類型。二速接線盒內(nèi)有6個接線螺栓，三速接線盒內(nèi)有9個接線螺栓，四速接線盒內(nèi)有12個接線螺栓，供用戶變極變速使用。
